We are a long-time dealer of Carrier HVAC equipment, and you can count on us to help you find the best units for your needs.
We at Humphrey Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. have extensive experience in the HVAC industry, and you can count on us to provide the excellent results you deserve. Although HVAC equipment is designed to last a long time, it will eventually need to be replaced.
When your existing equipment reaches the end of its life, or when you need new equipment for a new construction project, you can turn to our team to get the high-quality HVAC equipment you are looking for. We are a longtime Carrier dealer—in fact, we have been recognized as Carrier Dealer of the Year 14 times in since 1996—and we are eager to help you find the ideal model for your needs.
When choosing HVAC equipment, there are a few important things to consider, one of which is the SEER rating of the different models. SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. The higher the SEER rating, the more efficiently the unit will run, and the lower your energy bills will be. For example, a 20 SEER AC unit offers twice the efficiency of a 10 SEER one.
Another key thing to consider is whether you need a coastal unit. HVAC units located close to the coastline will be exposed to salt water spray and salt air, and standard units were not designed to cope with these forces. Coastal units, on the other hand, have a specialized coating to protect them from the damaging effects of salt. We have the right experience to determine if you need this additional protection or not.
